of the 80s and 90s
Spits was my first big TV job
and was a great grounding in
working fast in a studio.
Eight series in the seven years
to 1991. Over 60 episodes and
2 Live Election Specials shot
in Birmingham. Also 3 hour
long themed specials for
the USA shot at Limehouse
Studios in London's
Docklands.
Also numerous spin-off
Adverts, events like ‘Comic Relief, puppet
guest appearances on
chat shows... and a live ‘Top of the Pops’, when
our annoying ‘Chicken Song’
was Number One.
